960581 can not be implemented, Performance issue while creating Sale Order due to PO Check.

Hi,

I am Facing an Performance Issue While Creating or Changing Sale Order in VA01/VA02, it takes more time in Checking PO already Exists or not (Standard Check).

For this Performance Issue I Tried to implement SAP Note 960581, not able to implement as we have an Higher Product Version.

Is there any other SAP Note to implement for this Performance issue or can Create a Secondary Index for VBKD-bstkd ( PO Number).

Please Suggest an Solution to Overcome this issue as we are facing this in PRD Server.

Isn't index BST active on table VBKD?

Yes Index BST is Active only.

Hi Raymond,

Index BST is Active only so it is not required to create index again.

but can you just Share if any alternate way to overcome this performance issue.
