Status Profile in Sale Documents (Contract)

Hi,

I have a sale document - contract. Such settings as Define And Assign Status Profile ("Define status profiles" and "Assign order types/Status profiles") are made in system.

I want some of the fields in the contract were closed for changing when I select a particular status....

Is it possible? Where I can make this settings?
