ff_5 issue -SM35 session not get generated--

Hello Experts,

After running FF_5 ,SM35 session not got generated. with the below message. ff-5-issue.pngTill last month everything is perfect.

Solved the issue....Bank has sent new external transaction code called KKC which used to send as KK CESS before...we maintained the entries in table T028G for KKC...session got generated and processed successfully

Jus make sure all the external transaction codes in the bank file are updated and mapped in OT51

Account 10010101 222222224444444444 EUR: Statement 201406230 is not in the bank data storage

Message No. FB770

Diagnosis

The previous account statment has not been imported.

System Response

The system permits the import regardless.

Procedure

You can deactivate the message for the formats Multicash and MT940:

Effects on Customizing

You can define when this system message is to be issued in accordance with your requirements.

You do this in Customizing as follows: Cross-Application Components -> Bank Directory -> Change Message Control.

The application area and message number can be taken from the technical documentation.

Hence, the system checks that the previous statement is there in the system or not. This is a warning message and you can still proceed.

Hi Agarwal,

We continued with the information message and spool got generated. but session is not picking up and postings are not happening.

Any inputs on this..
