Auto Inspection lot

Hi,

i am facing one scenario, in process industry Quality Team want to inspect samples in every one hour, but from production point of view only one process order inspection lot will generate, then how can i do inspection with out inspection? what are all the settings required ?

i had assigned master recipe, and maintained inspection point, and frequency for the inspection lot for every 5 min. but i am not getting any inspection lot, what inspection lot i got that i had done UD partial lot. so request you please let me know how to handle this scenario, please guide me.

hi,

Correct u need to assign inspection point in routing and when u save ur PP order lot is there, and as u said that u maintained the frequecy as 5 mins then Via QE71 u can easliy record the result and provide the valuation against each point and ud against that lot from same screen.

When you maintain the Inspection point @ routung header , Its "Inspection point" that is created and not the "Inspection lot".

Inspection point infact gives you privilage to do Result recording on same set of data after fix interval when interval is maintained at the operation overview.
