Can't Download SAP Download Manager without SAP Download Manager

I'm trying to download the SAP GUI 7.30. In order to do so, I need the SAP Download Manager. But in order to download the Download Manager, I need... take a guess? Yep, the Download Manager.

Any idea how I can get one (or the other)?
