Foreign Currency payroll Exchange rate date issue

I am running the international Payroll Driver. (PC00_M99_CALC_) which converts the payroll from foreign to local currency

the function module CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY

The conversion rate is picked from the TCURR . The system standard behavior is that it takes the 1^st day of the month currency conversion rate as the reference rate in the payroll run.

However in my scenario the rate has changed in mid of month.

How to change the Payroll document rate to be based on doc. creation date?

It is SAP system standard behavior, the date is start date of payroll period.
But you can implement BAdI HRPAY99_CURR_CONV from SAP note 839032.
