Budget check on Document type

all

Can i have a check budget/commitment  on documnet type.

clinet wants on certain PR its hould not check the Commitmnet/Budget

we are only using PS no FMor IM

As pranav said in standard system don't have budget check on document types. So with document type ask client for seperate G\L,which we can exclude from budget availability check.

create separate G/L and exclude from budget availability control (standard configuration in spro). In me51n txn write a user exist to substitute new G\L for the given document types.

Hi john,

Budget check can be on Transaction group(PR, PO creation etc).

Budget can be configured at budget profile level which is assigned to project.

So as per my knowledge it is not Possible.

You may ask client why he wants this. We may provide some other way for same.
