Need recommendation to synchronize multiple SBO DB Master Data

Hi Experts,

I have three databases running SAP Business ONE on three servers. The master data is same that is Customers/Vendors, Items, Price lists etc.

However, each entity is run as a separate unit. Therefore, each one add's customers/vendors/items at their own needs.

I am looking to synchronize the master data that is to add to two other databases what the other has added or removed in way of Master data.

Do you have any suggestions for me please.

Does B1iF SBO2SBO DB work for this purpose? Has anyone tried it?

Appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Syed

    Hi Syed,

Here is my question - do you mean synchronize data between company DB to company DB or among multiple SBO DB? - as I think master data like items, price list, customers etc is in company DB.

There are many use cases in integration beween different B1 company DBs. Normally you have two options - 1. is to create a scenario step interacting directly with JDBC and 2. you can use the event sender to trigger scenario step to update another company DB.

If you use event sender, once user create a master data(create a customer for example), the scenario will be triggered to also update another B1 company DB in order to keep the master data consistensy.

If you want to synchronize the existing different data in different company DBs, you can go for option1 to synchronize table data directly.

Do I understand you correctly? If you have more questions please let me know.

    Regards,

    Qiaoli
