Install SAP BusinessObjects Rapid Marts error in creating DS repositiory

Hello,

I need to install Rapid Marts in my system. I have SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 SP2 Patch 18, SAP business Object dataservices 4.0 SP2 patch 5 and ERP system. I am getting confused regarding database of data service repository and Target database which is a pre-requisite for Rapid Mart.

Do we need to create 2 new databases each for data service repository and Target database? Do we need to create this in BI or BO data base or use the existing DB?

I am first timer to BOBJ and have just gone through the Quick guide of installation of RM.Thanks.
