Excise invoice Number is skipping?

Dear friends,                                                                                                                  

we have created two invoices,with invoice numbers: 1005678&1005679, but excise invoice is skip to next number 2100500095&99. I have cheked excise invoice Number ranges and j1iin I didn't get any problem here, any one can suggest for the same.

previous we didn't get any problem here, lost 5days we are getting this problem.

Is there any user exit in Excise invoice? We had a similar issue where an exit ( I think its J_1I7_USEREXIT_EXCISE_BEF_SAVE)  checked certain criteria and  throws error. But when the excise invoice was created later after making changing, the number skipped.

Please check any exit is causing the issue.

Thank you for immidiate responding to my issue, I have found Missing Numbers in Other movements(J1IS). issue resolved.

Through which transaction code (J1IIN or J1I3), you have executed ?  Are the missing excise invoice number ranges stored in J_1IEXCHDR table ??.  Check in J1I7 for the said period whether you were able to see those missing excise invoice numbers and update here.
