Links not working under MSS

A particular company employees are not able to view team calendar under MSS (Manager Self Service) nor "Absence Overview" is working. The links does not work at all. Where as a different company under the same region the links are working and are fine.

We have checked from security perspective, both the above companies have the same roles (backend and portal). Please let me know needs to be checked and rectified.

Is it the same system you are using for both the company????

whet error you are getting??? if it is sap graphics rendering problem please check the following thread.

Even check your rule group defined in SPRO.

Yes, we are using the same system for both the companies. We were informed that the links are not working, I will come back with the exact error that the users are receiving.
