How to perform data archiving of Event Handler & Event Message? (delete the data posted 6-7 months back in EM 7.0)

if anybody have the related documents pls let me.

I would recommend you first ensure you have enhancement pack 1 installed.  Archiving object /SAPTRX/A0 can be used for the event handler and archiving object /SAPTRX/A1 can be used for the event messages.  More information can be found in the IMG at SPRO>Event Management>Archive and Delete SAP Event Management Objects.

To archive data from SAP Event Management (SAP EM), you specify the settings for the archiving objects.

SAP delivers the following archiving objects for Supply Chain Event Management, for which you define the logical file name, the size of the archive file, the settings for the delete program and the file storage in the storage system:

• /SAPTRX/A0 (Archiving object for event handlers)

• /SAPTRX/A1 (Archiving object for event messages)

• SAPTRX_A2 (Archiving object for event handler sets)

  For a combined archiving concept for event handlers and event messages you can use the following archiving objects: 

• SAPTRX_EH (Archiving object for event handlers)

• SAPTRX_EVM (Archiving object for event messages)

You maintain the residence times for event handlers and event messages under Define Residence Times.
