Image form database

Hello,

I want to do the following, but don't know how to achieve it. I want to create a website, where the user can upload an image. This image is stored in a database-table of the SAP-System (this part is already done). On another page I want to use the stored image as part of the page like a normal img.

Is this possible in any way? Any hints are appreciated.
