DTW for adding draft documents

Hello all;

Is there any DTW template I can use to add all of the draft documents to SAP (instead of adding each draft document individually from within B1, since there are quite a few waiting to be added, this manual process would take quite some time)?

    C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Others

    • Hi Lazar Radakovic

      Try to import the data using the Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) which is very simple.

      Select * from ODRF inner Join DRF1 ON T0.DocEntry=T1.DocEntry

      Run above SQL query in query generator and which ever fields are necessary to get imported take those fields and export into XL first and then arrange it to SAP DTW Template and import.

      Regards

      Kennedy

    Hi Lazar.....

    You can definitely add Draft Docs through DTW and the template path is here.......

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Others\Draft

    You need to put Object Code compulsorily in order to identify which marketing document it is.....

    Regards,

    Rahul

    Hi,

    If you have those draft documents created already, DTW may not be so much useful to help you. You may need to export them to Excel and put under each document type to DTW.

    Thanks,

    Gordon
