Multiple key figure in transformation file

Dear Friends,

I need to load Budget number for the whole year from a flat file to application. How do I write the transformation file for the multiple key figure i.e  Budget expenses for  all the 12 months. How do I need to map each month from Jan to Dec, 2013.

look at MVAL function in http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bpc75/helpdata/en/a2/e722bc58404335ada8592cdc8feaca/content.htm

in MS version this function work with time dim as you want.
