Hi Experts,
is there a way we can populate a DropDown with more than 4000 values in webdynpro java.

As Uday pointed out, you could use EVS.
But if you really need that much data, isn't it better to implement some filters / drill down functionality beforehand (filter by category, object type, whatever)
It will be a whole lot friendlier to your users 😉

Yes Amita, you can populate 4000 values using Extended Value selector feature.
Please refer SAP help link showing few tutorials, click on Value help section and you can select EVS tutorial
