SAP GRC AC 10.0 and SAP CRM

Dear Experts,

Currently we are implementing SAP GRC Access Control 10.0 in a ERP system landscape and soon we will be adding SAP CRM in our landscape, We are looking for any documentation that may assist us to integrate SAP GRC Access Control 10.0 with SAP CRM or any consideration to have between both SAP system (ERP and CRM) and Access Control.

Any advice you can share in this type of implementation (AC/ERP/CRM) will help.

Hi Shreya,

I would like to make the following query, if you could give me some tip or suggestion, I have the question of GRC AC 10.0 integrate with CRM 7.1, and as CRM does not use transactions, but uses web access, I can not think how to put together the technician model file function_action  and function_permission ,dont know how these web permissions are analyzed by GRC , if you have any documentation or example would be very useful.

Hi Arias,

While integration with CRM you will require rule files. Just wanted to inform you that SAP Delivers standard rule for CRM. these rule files are available on SMP for download.
