ECM Functionality

Hi,

Can any one help me with the ECM functionality use. I know that ECM functionality is availabe with SAP Netweaver and it can be used to store and retrieve documents. But I want to know how to implement this functionality, where are the documents stored and how can we retrieve them (not through coding but through the path where it is stored in the reository).
