Distribution of PM Order Cost to Several Settlement Receivers

Hi EAM Experts,

One of the requirement from our customer is to distribute the cost of a PM order to several settlement receivers proportionally with the last receiver receiving the remainder..

here is an example: A PM Order has a total cost of 20,000 PHP, this cost should be distributed proportionally to 3 receivers with the last one getting the remainder:

Receiver A = 6,666.00

Receiver B = 6,666.00

Receiver C = 6,668.00

Is there a way to automate this distribution?

You have equivalence number facility in settlement rule. If you mention 3 receivers & equivalence number as 1 for each receiver, system will automatically calculate the amount to be settled in each receiver.

But anyway, you should mention number of receivers for that order & equivalence number. Becuase, nowhere we can mention that in order for whom we need to distribute the cost.

If you have EHP 5, then you can go for account assignment as per the operation. In operation tab, you will find the account assignment tab where you can mention the receiver.
