SM35 authorization error during F.14

Hello,

The user faces authorization error for SM35 when running F.14 (Post recurring documents). The SU53 screen shot shows S_TCODE error TCD = SM35. However the user has access to SM35 for all other jobs that needs processing but only does not for F.14.

Anyone run into similar error. Thanks for your inputs.
