Upload/Retrieve file (doc, xls) into/from File System

Hello to all!

Does anyone know if there is a FM or something else to retrieve from a file system a file (.doc, .xls) whose name has to be viewed into a table control and if the user clicks on it opens the Word or Excel app to view/modify that file?

And there is a FM to upload a number of files into a file system and link them with an employee number?

Any help will be helpful.
