SAP Solution manager ticketing tool integration with Success Factors

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement, where we need to integrate SAP Solution Manager Ticketing tool to Success Factors. Can this be done?

The requirement of the customer is, the user/employee must be able to raise the ticket directly from Success Factors.

From the below thread, i understand there is inbuilt ticketing tool for C4C and ByD but nothing as such for Success Factors.

Can someone help me with the details how can we integrate and is this possible using SAP HCI-PI?

Integration of Solution Manager was discussed in Q3'2016 SAP HCI updates webinar from SAP.Below link will give more info on integration of Solution Manager with SAP HCI.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

The link provided by you, talks about monitoring the messages of HCI, Alert monitoring etc. But my actual requirement is integration of SAP SF with SAP Solman Ticketing tool.

Basically the employee must be able to raise the ticket directly from SF portal.
