Planning: Connection to the Corporate Portal of "Deutsche Bahn"

Hi,

Concerning the Document "Installation Guide: mySAP ERP 2005 - BIBE via XI" over here https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=00200797470000068016

The document is about seven years old and its contents point to PI-Ressources which don't seem to exist anymore or probably have been renamed or reorganized. Can somebody tell me (preferably from SAP) whether there are more current versions of this installation-guide available? If not, is this worth raising a message?

Here's the point where we actually failed to continue the installation / configuration (page 24 of the guide):

In the PI-Namespace http://sap.com/xi/Travel of Software component EA-HR 600 should contain the Ressource RailOrderDetailsQueryResponse. We do have the Software component EA-HR 600, but the said namespace does not exist; subsequently the Ressource doesn't exist either. We searched within other namespaces available in the Software component, without luck. After that we were pretty 'hacked off' and donwloaded EA-HR 602 and EA-HR 604 too and tried finding the Ressource there. No luck again.

Can somebody help? This is a bit depressing 😊

Cheers, Lukas

    • No problem at all!

I since found out that there were some interface changes that came with correction in 2010 - see note 1451922

So you might want to check this in the meantime, the documentation you found is still the most valid but I've one more area to check in the meantime regarding the resource that couldnt be located in the PI namespace.

I'll update it here for you If I get some more news...and enjoy your vacation!

      regards
      Sally
