Crystal Reports 2008 and Oracle 11g

Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading our system from Oracle 9i to Oracle 11g which runs on 64bit. I am trying to do an Oracle Server connection to connect Crystal 2008 to the Oracle 11g database in the same way as I would my previous Oracle 9i. However, it can not make the connection and I get the following error: -

Failed to open the connection.

Details: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connection identifier specified.

[Database Vendor Code:15154

I can make the connection to the database through the Oracle software.

Any ideas??
