Hi All,

There is a column chart where conditional formatting is applied on each of graph based on the values.

The formatting is applied on 8 graphs but 6 are being reflected and 2 are not. Attached is the image. Clear format rules are applied, still the issue persists.

Any possible mistake am I be doing or please share inputs for solving this issue.

Thanks,

Harsha

Would you please share release (e.g. 1.6 SP3), and a screen shot of where you are applying the conditional formatting properties? Is the data source a BEx query?

Couple things:

1. Can you try creating the graph separately in an individual application and will the conditional formatting work?

2. Is there any chance you could upgrade to 1.6? 1.5 was released in May 2015; this is an old version

3. Could you check the first reply in this thread: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3905515

Tammy,

Strangely the formatting is not getting applied on the new application with same bex Source.

Upgrade would not be possible atleast till Q2.

Any further suggestions.

Tammy,

I still face the issue. I see positive, negative and blank values in data. Less than 0 is Red and Greater than 0 is Green.

I added another rule as equal to blank, its still not working ! Any suggestions on this.

Could you try the same BEx query with Analysis Office - does the conditional formatting appear with Analysis Office?

Tried in Webi and it's working fine. Deleted the data source in Design Studio and created again, but issue still persist.

OK in your screen shots none of the Latin American values is less than zero so they are not red. Is that the case?

Yes, but the positive values are not being shown in Green as well. Conditional format screen is appended in first reply.

Can you share the screen shot for "edit" green rule? I'd like see where you are showing it > than zero

Very strange; maybe there's not enough memory to run? I recommend creating a SAP Support incident on this and referencing this thread.
