How to upload data in PTEX2000 from one sap system to another

Hi All,

We have a requirement where 2 sap systems are out of sync for one employee.

We need to resend data for a specific time period from R/3 system to another SAP system.

Can anyone help me in understanding how can we resend the data from R/3 system to table PTEX2000 in another SAP system.
