Dear Experts,

I would like to know what data is suppose to provide the report "S_ALR_87013572 - Project Results" as for all the projects I've ran the report I always obtain the same message: "Report contains no data".

Specific settings must be done in order to obtain data?

S_ALR_87013572 report shows Revenue,Revenue surplus,Revenues excess in billing. project results will be displayed in the report output on the basis of result analysis (KKA2) executed on the project.

Thanks I'm going to study de transaction KKA2 and the customizing of the "Result Analysis Version".

Run SU53 after you get that message and see if any authorizations are missing. And yeah this report gives you data post the result analysis run. So you should get figures like Revenue, Revenue in excess of billings, Revenue surplus etc. Basically you should have run RA for that particular project so that this report fetches the relevant data.

It is not a authorizations issue.

I am going to study the RA customizing.

Keep going.

You may also customize report output by CJE0.

Choose 11ERL1E for Project Results.

Under change tab you may change selection char value there.

This will change standard delivery of SAP.

So do it in dummy server first.
