Invalid roles and org level values in AGR_1252 but not in PFCG

I got a situation where the obsolete roles are in AGR_1252 but not in PFCG.

The roles were deleted and not visible via PFCG.

However, when I checked the AGR_1252, the roles are still there.

Anyone knows the reason and how to resolve it? I saw a similar posting but the situation is different.
