How to extend the plan for another 1 year

Hello Gurus,

I am a newbie in the SAP PM....

Actually was trying to find out the various optios of extending my existing maintenance plan which is already scheduled for 730 days (Starting from 2015) is getting expired now and I have to extned this plan for another 730 days.

How do I have to move forward?

What all precautions have to be considered before extendong the maintenance plan>

You don't need to extend the plan, this is done automatically via the IP30 batch job(s).

This assumes you have IP30 batch jobs running and that the Rescheduling Included flag is set.
