Unable to open Interactive form - ADS Exception error

Hi,

I can open all the interactive forms except one form. It is showing below error

"The following error text was processed in the system TST : WebDynpro Exception: ADS call failed ADS: com.adobe.ads.exception.FailedCreationException:(200,101)".

The same error is showing up in ST22 as,

Runtime Errors         UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Exception              CX_WD_GENERAL

The reason for the exception is:

WebDynpro Exception: ADS call failed ADS:

com.adobe.ads.exception.FailedCreationException:(200,101).

Any idea what might be the problem? Kindly suggest

Hi Seema,

Please Check with your Basis folks and restart the J2EE engine where you have configured the ADS, it should resolve the issue.

Hello Seema,

Go to SE38 and execute the report pgm : FP_TEST_IA_01.

1.If the system displays the PDF,then the ReaderRights credential are installed and configured.

2.If the Program throw the error followin error :
"WebDynpro Exception: ADS call failed ADS: com.adobe.ads.exception.FailedCreationException:(200,101)".Then the Reader rights are not installed properly.

Please contact Basis and check whether ADS configuration set up is correct or not.

ADS is installed and working perfectly. I can open other interactive forms except this one form.
