Ehp4 Performance Management Flex vs Predefined

Hello All,

I have two questions:

1) I'm currently implementing Performance Management Ehp4 Flexible template. A question I had is regarding assignment of Part Appraisers.  I know that with PHAP_CATALOG_PA you can add the Part Appraiser at the VA and VB lever however the requirement is that a Part Appraiser be added for specific goals ( at the criteria level), rather than the entire appraisal template.

For example, 5 goals are defined however the employee only needs a part appraiser for Goal 1 and Goal 2 but does not need access to the rest of the goals or template.  Is this type of functionality available ? I'm unable to find a BADI that would work.

2)  The other requirement is an appraisal template that only the manager sees on his/her dashboard.  My understanding is that if you assign an employee as an appraisee that template will display in the employee's appraisal dashboard. In this case I want to assign the employee as a appraisee, so the manager knows who he/she is appraising but I don't want the template to display for the employee. Just the manager.

Pls use column access BADI , and include the rule that the criterian needs to be accessed as per role.
