The Negative deduction to come up because you have maintained the below table with respective Fileds:
Check these table if you maintain the value 15 at the above table then you will get this option in Infotype - 2006.
Which means you are allowing an employee to take 15 more leaves in advance, even his entitled leaves are over (294 - in your case).

Hi Neelesh,
As per your screen shot you have not given the Start and End dates properly, I think you have selected the "ALL" in the period selection and clicked on create option. Change the Start and End dates and check hope it would help.
Could you let us know what is you entitlement and how the quota was generated.

'Negative deduction - In simple words "Overdraft". that means , leaves will be taken in advance.

What is the significance the 'Negative deduction to'.?
is means we are allowing EE to take more than quota leaves.
for example in ur case ee can take upto 15 leaves even if quota have zero leaves.
for deducting quota please check the deduction rules and let us know
