Latest dashboard SP4

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our BO Edge system to SP4 and the dashboard to SP4(including FP3). i.e SBOP DASHBOARDS 4.0 SP04 (incl. FP03) WINDOWS (32B)

Now after the upgrade of the both BO server and dashboard frontend, can i create a dashboard with BEx queries ("data manager"------>SAP NW BW connection) and publish it directly on the BO launchpad instead of BI java ?
