Runtime Repository - Model "ALL"

Hello All ,

How much overhead it encounteres when we include 'ALL' component set instead of creating our own component set and adding only necessary components ?

I have created one application of my own including the Component set ALL , now if i chenge this model node then does it not screw all my developements even though i add all the necessary used components ?
