Account is missing [Message 3524-15]

Good day, I have an issue in outgoing payment. When I open outgoing payment error message 'Account is missing' occurred. I have no issue in adding payment transactions. I was just curious why does this error exists upon opening the outgoing payment window.

I already tried to put GL accounts in GL accounts determination but it didn't help. Anyone who experienced the same thing here or any idea about this issue.
