hi experts

we are trying to develop report fill rate based on material reservation.

for example

we have created material reservation on 01/09/2012 for mat ''A'' how we can identified the stock was available or no when reservation created.

we checked in MD04 but it showing current stock status.

if you wish to see as on some day stock for a material than MB5B.

You want to know the stock situation at the moment of Reservation creation, not sure what is business value of this information, but achieving this would require custom development. It can be in the following lines..

Create a Z-Table with fields like Reservation, Material, Plant, Stock

Develop a workflow with trigger linked to successful creation of Reservation (MB21)

The workflow will in-turn trigger a program which will read the MARD table and update the Z-Table with relevant information.

Nope, there is no standard way to achieve this, that is why I am still not clear about the business value of knowing that instant stock information will get you.

we require this calculate the fill rate in the crm service process.

in our business scenario we need to check weather the stock was available at the of reservation gets created.

not able to make out your requirement. Please detail your requirement. Plus i think you can never determine at later stage if material was available while reservation creation. Even using a custom report you will have to create a logic and identify , system cannot identify it at a later point in time. However you can know if material is available while creation of reservation.
