Regeration issue while re executing RPCIFG00

Hi All,

Our current system is SAP ECC 6.0. We upgraded to EHP 5. After upgradation I am regenerating the standrad program RPCIFG00. While re generating the report i created new transport request. While releasing this transport system is giving error message as "local change requests cant be transported". to avoid this issue we created new TR and included actual TR changes. When i relase the changes to Quality system i am getting the dump re generation is required.

I already regenerated the report and released the TR. Anybody faced this problem. Kindly suggest me.
