Action button missing from ZMCR

I have created transaction type ZMCR from SMCR using the copying program. When I create new RfC I do not see "Action" button on the UI. We have SM 7.1 SP3. Any idea?

All the actions are properly copied.

Hi ,

Did you copy the control rule in Chanegrequrst Management framework ->

Make Settings for Change Transaction Types -> SMCR ( copy to ZMCR)

Hi,

do you mean the action button for the PPF actionsabove the detail assignment block ?

Yes correct. Inline with buttons "Save", "Cancel", "New" etc.

Hi,

Please check if the conditions have been copied in transaction SPPFCADM

Go to transaction SPPFCADM -> choose CRM_ORDER -> Condition configuration -> press the "technical name" button -> look for action profile ZMCR_ACTIONS -> check if the conditions at the right side of the screen have been created (you may check action profile SMCR_ACTIONS for reference).

If not, you'll have to create the conditions and than the action button will be visible with the relevant actions.

Make sure to also assign the Schedule condition and the Start condition  when you create the conditions when you create the conditions.
