BEx Query Designer- OverAll Result needed for only one key figure

Hi,

I have a requirement as below:

I have 2 Characteristics in Row and 2 KF in Column in a Query.

And I want Overall result should be displayed only for one KF instead of all KF.

Is there any way to do it?

Note: All my characteristics should be in Row. No characteristics needs to be in column.

Hi Karthik,

In the display tab of the Key figure for which you want to display the result rows, Choose option 'Always Show' for the Result rows and for the other KF, choose 'Always Supress' option.

Hi Guys,

Thank you all for your suggestion. But those suggestions are only exist in Characteristics. But in KF I found out the option which will hide the result for particular KF.

Hello Karthik,

For keyfigure in which you don't want to display overall result, goto calculation tab and for calculate result as, select Hide.

Hi,

You can select a key figure and the propeties of result row as display and other as Suppress. This will give one kf with overall result.
