MTD / PERIODIC numbers in YTD model for BS Items

Hi Gurus,

We are on BPC 10NW SP05 version with YTD data.

For few of the reports, we expect to show the MTD values for Balance Sheet accounts.

could you please let me know how to get the MTD numbers?

Ex.  We have data of 50 every month.  Hence our data in YTD every month would be as given below

Jan - 50

Feb - 100

Mar - 150

Apr - 200

May - 250

Jun - 300

july - 350

Aug - 400

Q1.  When reporting for the month of MAY, I should get following -

YTD - 250 (working)

PERIODIC - 50 (not working)

Q2. When reporting for 2012.TOTAL (full year) then it shows ZERO.  It is expected that it should show 400 in the year total.

Please suggest.

Hello Rashmi,

Please check account types for those account you are looking at. I suspect they are AST and LEQ. Please check http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-26973
