bydesign XSLT template for country version

Dear Gurus,

I am looking for XSLT template for Austria.

The help states the following way to get the Template: "

SAP Employees and Partners can download these SAP-delivered XSLT templates directly from the SAP Business Center for On-Demand Solutions. After logging in, choose: SAP Business ByDesign then Community, and click Wiki Info Exchange. Under Solution Scope Information, click Application Information and then Human Resources Management, and scroll down to find the topic Converting Payroll XML Data to Microsoft Excel® . Choose your ByDesign Feature Pack to access a dedicated page for download including overview and prerequisites Information."

Although we found the page in the Business Center (https://wiki.sme.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=AMI&title=Converting+Payroll+XML+Data+to+Microsoft+Excel+in+ByDesign+Feature+Pack+4.0) it was not possible to perform the download.

As soon as you click on "FP4.0 Conversion Template Austria" you are redirected to the start Screen.

At the bottom of the page that is accessable with the link above is a link for further Information which is a dead link. So we are stuck here.

Could somebody please inform me how to get to these XSLT files? We have also opened an incident directly at SAP.
