Not able to create customs export declaration documents Manually

Hello All,

I am not able to create export declaration documents manually, Not getting any response, No option is coming for creation.

Can some one pleae help me out how to activate the creation screen? do we need to meet any conditions to get in to creation screen?

Thanks for your reply, I have configured by referring the help document, still I am not able to create customs export declarations automatically and tried to create export declaration documents Manually also. creation screen also not able to open.

Can any one help if there is any note need to installed?
