Unable open dimension

Hi,

We have done new development server using BPC 7.5 SP10 in .NET server and SAP BW 7.3 SP07, CPMBPC 7.53 SP02 in ABAP Server. When I connect to BPC Administration console and would like to maintain dimension members, I get an error message:

"Could Not Find File Entity.csv".

I also check my document directory and could not see all dimensions worksheet.

Please your advise for our issues?
