Portal ESS custom extension field error when adding a custom field in the personal data.

Hi,

I created a iview (copy of SAP standard personal data iview), I modified the iview to include a custom field. I have added the custom field in the personal data iview but everytime if I goto edit the personal data and click previous step, it will give me this error:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: View: Cannot remove element with nonexisting ID "_CustomExtensionLabel_recordContainer0_23_InfotypeList_2e_Zempid" of type com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.uielib.standard.impl.Label

Hi Siddharth,

     I checked all the settings and it is same as mentioned in the link. But still getting the same error. Let me if you have any other clue.

How did you create the new iView, have u created a new DC and created and iview to the newly created DC or you have only created new iView to the existing iView?
