PRT traceability

Hello guru:

The production scenario for SAP PRT:

“ final part has serial number”

1. One die can make 60 final part ( Die goes under thermal expansion so efficiency of die can vary between 40 to 70). Business scraps that die after 40 to 70 operations.
2. In first operation business use 4 dies at same time to make 4 different final parts

Problem:

Business need traceability which final part is made of the which die

Efficiency of die (How many final parts came out from that die)

Can we maintain die in to BOM? Or not

I know we can use as PRT for count but can we get traceability by final part?

I suggested them to maintain it in Ibase (ib51) but they don’t want to do it.
