PO release strategy

My client is not using SAP work flow for release strategy .I am configuring the release strategy .I have following questions.

1.Supervisor, Mgr 1 – 4, Dir, VP, Sr VP, Pres, CEO.....I have these levels which I need to use for approval process .I know I have to assign a release code to every level for the release strategy .My question is how I can assign multiple users in each level (Supervisor ,Mgr) to one release code and if any of these user for the same level approve the PO what will happen ?

2. If a higher level manager approves before lower level, automatically flag all lower levels approved.Is that possible ?

This can  be done by authorization object & if multiple users have authorization to single release code ...well they can release or unrelease the PO.

It depends on your release matrix " the way you design it"

For eg:

Release strategy A

Level 1 -Supervisor   

Level 2 -Manager       X

Level 3 -Dir                  X X

Level 4 -VP                  X X X final release

In above matrix order is Level 1 to 4. Here 2 cannot release untill it is released by 1(lower level) same applies to 3 & 4

assign the same release code to different supervisors thru basis authorizations.If so anyone of them can release it
