You can concentrate on the below SRM topics:-

Self Service Procurement – Classis Scenario.

1. Self Service Procurement – Extended Classic Scenario
2. Plan Driven Procurement with Plant Maintenance – Demand is transferred to SRM using open XML
3. Plan Driven procurement with supplier integration – procurement of direct materials.
4. Service Procurement – Classic Scenario. à PR in MM à RFx in SRM.
5. Service Procurement – External Staffing – this process starts when a request is sent to supplier.
6. Catalog Management.
7. Spend Analysis – uses SAP NW BI. Harmonization of data can be done using SAP NW BI, integrating SAP BI with SAP MDM. Or local master data alignment (for limited data volume)
8. Supplier Evaluation.—this can be integrated with confirmations, invoice and supplier list to evaluate vendor on day to day operational procurement information. Evaluation and monitoring of supplier performance runs in SAP NW BI.
