Sales Order Costing and MRP

Hello Experts,

I am currently working in a construction company and we are trying to do sale order costing.

The sale order cost estimate is created and marked, planned order should be created and than MRP is run and than comes the production order.

The problem is that after sales order cost estimate is marked it directly goes to production order instead of planned order where MRP is run.

The requirement class screen shot is attached.

Please help me regarding this issue.

Regards

Nida

    Dear Nida,

What Planning strategy is set in the material master in the MRP3 view of this material?

If no planning strategy is set in MRP3 view means, then check in the Procurement tab of the sales order

what requirement type is been displayed or the order is created.

    Check and revert back.

    Regards
