In delivery one line item comming

Dear All,

We have create STO, In STO there are two line item but when crate delivery one line item comming.

Process is :- STO - VL10B - VLO1n.

As below Screen shot user create same materil in STO and qty is 2000 But when crate delivery del qty is 5.820.

Please help me in this case ASAP.

Hi,

Your quantity in Delivery document does not even match with the PO quantity you created, hence you may be creating the delivery not referring to the STO PO in your first screenshot.

When you are running VL10B, check that you have the delivery creation date range that is from the earliest date mentioned in your STO (i.e. 12.05.2012) in order for the STO PO to be considered for delivery creation.

And when you create the Delivery based on the STO PO, two separate deliveries will be created due to the different delivery date mentioned in your STO PO.

Your screen shot itself shows very clearly that for the second line item, required delivery date is 10th July'12 and this being the case, how system will pop up two line items in delivery on 7th July ??

Check the material master setting and the delivery group 

In material master sales unit and base unit conversion

Hi Ramesh/Mansur,

Thank you for repley.

I have checked in MMR in Basic data 1 view Base unit measure = TO(Tone) and Sales unit is Blank.

Delivery group is blank.

I have also checked in MMBE

Unrestricted use = 7,342.641

Schd for delivery = 1,005.820

Please help me in this situation.

Please check how much GRN was done out of 2000 Tons, Also Check when your stock through MMBE for the particular material may be your stock has reserved for some other STO.
