Not reserved by an agent

Hi,

In my contract workflow,Once contract workflow cancelled,New workflow will be trigger.

Now new workflow triggered,in dialog step approvers also existing.But approver is not getting any work item in his inox.

While seeing in SWI5 this step listed under "Not reserved by an agent".

Please suggest me.

Check new workflow is triggered or not

Hi,

New workfloww triggered please find the screen shot for the approver thru log.

But approver is not getting message in his inbox.

Hi,

Check who is the agent from the log. I think proper agent can not determine due to improper binding

Hello,

If the workitem is in SWI5 then it should be in the user's inbox. Binding isn't the problem.

Are they using SBWP or UWL or something else? If UWL, make sure they refresh.

Are they receiving other workitems?

Check the agent for the task . If it is a position check in PPOMW whether that agen is available or not
